Return Policy

  • If the package You received by courier is in broken / damaged condition then You must courier it back to Our official address. We will re-attempt a courier of fresh package back to You.
  • If the courier partner are unable to deliver the package due to any reason caused You, We will attempt another delivery with Our next batch but it will incur You additional cost.
  • We cannot be held responsible for Goods / Products damaged or lost in return shipment.

How to initiate a refund request

  • Drop an email on to [email protected]. Put email subject as “Refund Request”.
  • Fill up the “Contact Us” form over 5bestincity.com. Mention the subject as “Refund Request”.
  • You have to share bank name, account number, IFSC code, branch name over the Email or Contact form.
  • We will give You a confirmation call over Your provided phone number before initiating a qualified refund request.

Time duration for a qualified Refund request

  • If a refund request is qualified by all means then it will be completed within 3 working days.

Condition for Refund

  • Refund will be processed instantly if we are unable to place you in our website. 
  • If refund request is placed within 48 hours of order placement or before any Good / Services of that Order are/is put into use. Whichever is earlier. Partial refund is not eligible.
  • Refund will not be valid for any kind of complementary or free services.
  • Refund is eligible on discounted purchase. But if any Good / Service of that referred order is already in use then refund will not be eligible.
